Polyurethane Sandwich Panel
Description: A 0,5mm thick light grooved steel sheet to outside and a 0,4mm inside has arranged to make a sandwich on high density polyurethane foam.
Having a regular 1 meter with but unlimited length this panel allow us to build up of high ceiling prefabricated buildings like factories, barns.
Two main advantage can be mentiones. Light weight but strong enough for the purpose is the first; low low heat transfer coefficient to be used in extreme conditions is the the second.

ALUMINUM FLOOR
Description: For wet CHU?s using plywood and PVC cover for flooring is one solution, but for a long run,beter to get rid of any leak cousing damage to floor.
This is possible only if the floor is 100% water resistant. and is achieved by coosing aluminum as the floor materials in wet areas like WC, shower and if asked in kitchens.

CEMENTED CHIPBOARD
Description: Sometimes prefabricated structure walls and inner rooms seperation walls are asked as totaly fire resistant . In such a case betopan ( a trade name for pressed cement and wood fibre) is used. This material is excellent to heat and cold and flameproof (100% safe if primary concern is keep the flame where appeared) . The only drawback is you have to paint after installation becouse it is in raw cement colour.

GLASS WOOL
Description: In our standart production top and bottom insulation filler is glass wool.Varying thicknesses and densities are applicable. Has great resistancy to heat and flame. If produced properly it behaves as an inert material and last very long.
